I booked hair wash + styling through their Wesapp. Gan was gentle with my hair and appreciate that he did not comment that its damaged (my biggest insecurity when trying out new salon). Total was $55 which matches their Google page. Transparent pricing. Overall v happy with the service and how my hair turned out

Terrible management, professionalism and organisation. They contacted us on the day of our event to change the appointment time and when we disagreed they would not give us our deposit back no matter how many times we asked. The staff were very unprofessional and disorganised and did not communicate with us properly. They greatly inconvenienced us. We are so disappointed.

Hello, we sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction. Regarding today’s situation, we would like to provide some clarification. The $30 deposit collected in advance is mainly to prevent last-minute cancellations and to ensure proper scheduling for all customers. For this appointment, you had already requested changes to the timing, and we also arranged according to your requirement to complete the service at a specific time. It was not us repeatedly changing the schedule. During the consultation prior to the appointment, we had clearly explained the procedures and related policies. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate same-day cancellations or provide a refund of the deposit without special circumstances or unexpected emergencies, as this would affect the purpose of securing the appointment. We would also like to emphasize that we cannot accept being threatened with a bad review simply because we are following our stated policies regarding the deposit.
